It\u2019s on this shared ground that I had the pleasure of meeting Gianluca Genoni\u2014world-renowned freediving champion and, today, an advocate of healthy, conscious living.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The body as a tool<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Together with Cerba HealthCare Italia, with whom I\u2019ve collaborated for years while personally following the Longevity Program, we recorded two special video segments. These weren\u2019t just about sports or performance\u2014they were about prevention, future health, and quality of life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the first video, I had the opportunity to interview Gianluca\u2014not only as an athlete who holds world records, but as a person who knows his body down to every single physiological reaction. His message is clear:<br><strong>\u201cMy body is my tool, and to keep it performing well, I rely on regular checkups.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He chose Cerba because, as he says, it\u2019s the only healthcare provider in Italy offering a complete and accessible Longevity Program. It\u2019s a real and honest conversation, where numbers and insights turn into a roadmap for wellness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They discuss systemic inflammation, cortisol levels, oxidative stress, and most importantly, what we can do today to improve our tomorrow. Its benefits run deep:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>It naturally reduces stress, isolating you from noise and daily distractions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It strengthens cardiovascular health and physical endurance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It trains mindful breathing, which helps in both performance and daily stress management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It emphasizes the importance of regular medical checkups for safe diving<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It fosters community and connection, since diving is always done in pairs or teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Those who love the ocean, love life. And taking care of your health is the first step to living it fully\u2014whether you&#8217;re underwater or not.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Meeting Gianluca Genoni was much more than an interview<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>It was a powerful reminder: real wellbeing starts with listening to your body.
