AI is everywhere: turn on your brain before someone else does.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Italian Senate has just approved the Artificial Intelligence bill<\/a> (DDL A.S. 1146). It\u2019s a significant step forward, opening a new chapter\u2014not just for those of us in communication, marketing<\/a>, or creative industries, but for everyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let\u2019s be honest: a lot of people are worried<\/strong>. AI is intimidating. It\u2019s fast, powerful, and\u2014let\u2019s admit it\u2014pretty good at what it does. It saves time, cuts costs, and doesn\u2019t seem to make mistakes. So yes, a bit of anxiety is normal. We\u2019re all wondering: Will this thing eventually take over my job?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

That\u2019s not a paranoid question\u2014it\u2019s a realistic one.
But here’s the thing: we can either suffer through this shift<\/strong>, or learn to manage it<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This isn\u2019t a trend. AI is here\u2014and it’s working hard<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You don\u2019t need to work in an agency or call yourself a creative to be affected. Just look around.
That tool suggesting the best time to post on social media? AI.
The software optimizing your delivery routes? AI.
The smart irrigation system in your garden adjusting to the weather? Yep, AI too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This isn\u2019t just \u201ctech stuff.\u201d It\u2019s workplace stuff<\/strong>. And it applies to everyone\u2014from accountants to physiotherapists, office assistants to gardeners. The tools are changing. Those who learn to use them? They get ahead. Those who don\u2019t\u2026 fall behind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s not about AI. It\u2019s about you<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The new law says that AI is fine\u2014as long as it doesn\u2019t replace the intellectual core of your work<\/strong>.
And I think that\u2019s a strong message: our human brain still matters. But only if we use it.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

AI can\u2019t read the room. It can\u2019t feel, guess, or empathize.
Our real value lies in knowing when<\/em> to use AI, why<\/em>, and how<\/em>. In making decisions, adding intuition and emotion\u2014things only humans can do.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Managing change: it takes courage, not perfection<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You don\u2019t need to become a coding expert. But you do need to be open to transformation.
You need the curiosity to learn, the courage to test, and yes, the humility to make mistakes. No one has all the answers. But those who stop moving? They really do fall behind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Managing change means accepting that some things won\u2019t be like they were before\u2014but also that something better might come out of it<\/strong>.
For those of us in communication, this is a pivotal moment: we can lead the transition<\/strong>, make sense of these new tools, and create human value through smart technology.
This isn\u2019t just about surviving\u2014it\u2019s about evolving<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Every day is a choice: power down or power up?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Every morning, we get to choose: delegate everything\u2014or stay active<\/strong>.
The new AI law reminds us that real value must remain human.
So let\u2019s turn our brains on. Let\u2019s put them front and center. Let\u2019s learn to use these new tools without losing ourselves in the process<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because AI doesn\u2019t steal jobs. But those who know how to use it well?
They do.<\/strong>
And it\u2019s never too late to start learning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
